Apple is back to its normal and day to day pace with high stocking rates in the market once again. Where has Tim Cook gone wrong? Let us find out.
Hiring wrong officials and no improvement on Siri
After Cook took over as the CEO he made the major recruitment by hiring John Browwett who was to head the retail department. But he was a bad fit and was quickly removed. Furthermore, the voice assistance app Siri is still a joke as it was weak and there has been no improvements made till today.
Cook should have been clear with Apple’s earnings guidance
It has been pretty long time since Apple has not paid heed to its earnings guidance. Thus, Wall Street has started encountering it estimates to be higher. Furthermore, Apple has repeatedly missed out the estimates of Wall Street. Apple has issued a range of guidance and tries to assure the analysts that the company is serious about the guidance. Such a step should have been taken under Tim’s tenure much earlier to avoid the sniffing of analysts’ estimates.
